Thanks to
Rock Star Diaries I found this great recipe for Puffy Pancakes. So we tried them out this weekend while we are home visiting my family. scroll down for step by step directions

1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
dash of Salt
dash of Cinnamon

Stir together ( recipe is for one Puffy Pancake)

While the oven is preheating to 425 degrees, melt butter into pan.

Pour batter into pan with melted butter

Cook for 10-12 mins or until pancake has risen and is firm

Make sure you eat them right when they come out
of the oven or the "puffy" pancake wont be so puffy

Add maple syrup, powder sugar, or any type of fruit
